By purchasing a tour, you give us permission to photograph the home or business at an agreed upon time and display the photographs on the internet. This appointment will be set either with the listing realtor and/or the homeowner/business owner. The home or business should be ready to photograph when we arrive. We will take the necessary pictures and then prepare the tour for the internet. We strive to have the finished product ready within 2 business days, but that is not always possible. Custom projects WILL take longer. We reserve the right to advertise the tours on other sites as we feel necessary.The entire tour is hosted on the internet by our hosting service unless you wish for us to prepare a package for your own website. We will provide a link to the listing agent and/or homeowner/business owner if we are provided their e-mail address. If you have another specific service that you would like the link sent to, please call or e-mail us or feel free to share the link.
A tour package is limited to one address or unit. For example, two condo units in a single building would be billed as two tours.
Regarding reshoots: If a property has been enhanced or remodeled after our initial photo shoot and the client requests a reshoot, this is considered a new job and will be billed as one. If the unlikely event of a unusable photo session occurs due to an error in photography, we will return to the property to reshoot at no additional charge to retake the original scenes. We make the decision as to what meets this status.
We will host the tour for a period of one (1) year or until the home is sold, whichever comes first. If for any reason the original listing has gone unsold, we will renew this contract period for the same terms (1 year or until sold) at no additional cost to the original purchaser of the tour.
We will host the tour for a period of one (1) year at no charge. We will also renew the hosting term annually for $35.00 per year thereafter. We can also provide a package for you to upload to your own site which does not require our hosting services.
